Scrap Metal Veteran Mark A. Weintraub joins Premier Metal Services, LLC

 

SOLON, OHIO—Scrap metal veteran Mark A. Weintraub has joined Premier Metal Services, LLC.  Mark spent over twenty years in the metals industry begnning his career in his family’s auto parts and scrap business.  He worked at Columbia Iron and Metal’s Cleveland yard operations and spent several years in its ferrous trading division.  Mark was also a metals buyer and trader at The Federal Metal Company, Bedford, OH, a brass and bronze ingot manufacturer, from 1994 – 2004.  Mark has extensive experience in the procurement and sales of all grades of metals.  Mark left the metals industry after obtaining his law degree in 2004 and practiced law at Thompson Hine LLP, a Cleveland based law firm.  Mark’s focus at Premier Metal Services, LLC, will encompass all of these aspects of Premier’s business.  When asked about returning to the metals industry, Mark said “I am thrilled to return to the scrap industry where I have so many great friends.  I also look forward to contributing to Premier’s continued global growth.”
